The delivery came quickly, purchase on invoice was possible. There was a small damage in the box but the service was also available on Saturdays and the complaint was dealt with unbureaucratically and quickly to my satisfaction. The goods have always been good so far.

I don't know when will I get my order delivered...on 1.11.2021 i placed my order, already made payment through Paypal but there is so far no information from Jamoona...i almost regret why i decided to purchase, i could have gone to our local store which 45 mins drive from my place..i am asking Jamoona to give me an update as to when it will be delivered. I should have gone through customers feedback before i placed my order. Hopefully someone will read this comment and expedite the process.

I was pretty annoyed as the delivery was delayed for about 10 days. However upon contacting, they sped up the process and got it in next 3 days. In addition they gave a voucher of 10€ as a good gesture.

It was unpleasant at the beginning but they handled the situation with priority. I still would prefer them to adhere to their initial promise of delivery time.

Other than that, there was no issue with the order.

I ordered 20 kgs basmati rice from this online web portal on Tuesday morning on 26th, they have had their advert online saying dispatched in 3-4 working days, and yet upto this today 29th at around 9 pm now, it just shows in shipping. People from the Netherlands should think twice before ordering from this web porta. They hardly keep their promises, this is the second time they have done this to me. Please remove dispatched within 3-4 working days. my order no is id 126459. Today the finally had packed and waiting to be shipped and now it's in the shipping, god alone knows what they mean by this. Unprofessional attitude. Finally they emailed me it is shipped and they sent me some dhl link to a track and trace which again says the link will only work within 24 to 48 hours. Bullocks.Today is the 1st of November 2021 by the way.

2. Finally received my order today , 2nd november 2021 after a long wait of 8 days at around 1 o clock in the afternoon.

I had used this service for a couple of times and had a really bad experience.

In the first order, they send me damaged rice which I have to return them back (Imagine to carry a Family pack of rice to a DHL shop). Fortunately, they accepted after a couple of arguments!!

Then, on a second occasion they send me an order with approx. 1 week of delay.
Now, in the latest order they are even worse as there is no info. for dispatch even approx. a week after.
The misery is that, they are not taking phone calls or replying to emails.

I came to conclusion:
-They are not professionals at all
-They trap the consumers with promotional/compensation incentives
-They always replied with lame excuses like we are moving/shifting our ware house, our team is working day and night to cope with orders etc.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AGAINST THE PURCHASE FROM JAMOONA PLEASE !!!!

By the time you have placed your order we were in the middle of moving to our new warehouse, which is why we were unfortunately confronted with delays in shipping.

In no case do we want to cheat or deceive our customers, since such problems not only hurt our business but also do not meet our own standards of service.

We can assure you that we never pack damaged products. However, it cannot be 100% ruled out that damage may occur during transport by the shipping service provider.

We would also like to point out that it is always possible to have the return parcel picked up by our shipping partner so that heavy packages do not have to be transported by our customers.

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and all emails are answered within a maximum of 24 hours.

It's been a while already, since I got the order, but I've been too busy to write a review. All of my 3 orders have gone perfectly, what it comes to Jamoona's own services, but I cannot say the same about delivery in Finland. Every time the order has been delayed and this time the box was even opened by the Finnish delivery company Postnord. The box had their own taping in top, so it was quite clear it had been opened. Also the box was in quite bad shape. Their delivery was late one day. I waited the whole day, when it was meant to arrive, but they didn't try to deliver it at all, or tried to call or even send a message. Not once they have brought the order, at the day shown in tracking information.

Then the good part. Jamoona's customer service has always been friendly and earlier even helped me to recover the lost coupon code. This time was the same from their part. Everything was in place in the order, nothing had been taken, even the box had been opened. Even the box was in bad shape, all the products were intact and no visible marks were seen on them. Quality has been good and I've enjoyed experimenting with new ingredients and spices. I look forward to visit your shop again, in the future. Best regards.

We ordered from Jamoona for the first time and the Ashirvad flour packet was open. Disappointed! Rice packet was fine.

Delivery was delayed but I understand it's a 3rd party issue for the store. However, they still need to ensure their delivery vendors are adhering to delivery dates as it directly impacts customer experience for Jamoona. Their range and product quality is decent otherwise

Jamoona store have very offers and discounts compared to others. But, the delivery will be late. Never buy if you want urgent needs.
