Happy customer
The products always have top quality, and the customer service is always responsive and able to solve all issues. Delivery sometimes takes a little longer, but we are just too spoiled by other stores, so this is not really a criterion for me.

Website not reliable and do not value customer
This is happening for the second time with me that the item shown in the website is actually not available and Jamoona sends me a completely different item without even asking me prior. So, neither is the website updated nor do Jamoona has a sense of pain they cause to the customers.

For e.g. This time I ordered Tata tea Gold 900gm and in the delivery Jamoona surprised me another packaging of Tata tea 450 gm. Obviously no one at Jamoona felt the need to inform about me about this prior or ask what would I choose nor did they email me anything about the refund.

Now I checked their website to figure out what happened and see that no Tata tea products are shown in the website. I compared the price with another online Indian Grocery website and see that the 450 gm costs 5.49 Euro where as I had paid 13.45 euro for the 1 kg packet that I had ordered.

So, now I have all the hassles to call them, ask them why they treat their customers this way and hopefully will get the refund etc. The same thing had happened in one of my previous orders and looks like I would have to make different choices from now on.

I've been ordering from here for years and have been extremely satisfied with the quality, selection, and prices. I particularly like the fact that you can buy products in larger quantities. With the last order, unfortunately, a small can of pickles opened. 2 minutes after I contacted customer service and sent pictures, a replacement delivery was initiated immediately. Other providers can learn a lesson from that. Always my pleasure. :)

Super online shop mit mehr als 5 Sterne!
Wir sind so froh, jamoona entdeckt zu haben! Nun bekommen wir genau jene Produkte aus Indien und Pakistan, die wir so lange vermisst haben. Preis und Qualität stimmen und Kundenservice ist hervorragend. Wir bestellen gerne immer wieder! ... nur DPD funktioniert überhaupt nicht und ist mühsam.

Jamoona bietet nicht nur eine große Auswahl an asiatischen Produkten an sondern auch mit Abstand den besten Kundenservice! Ich kaufe regelmäßig bei Jamoona ein und wurde bisher nie enttäuscht. Die Qualität der Produkte und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind unschlagbar. Hinzu kommen wöchentlich diverse Angebote, sodass man die Möglichkeit bekommt neue Produkte zum Angebotspreis zu testen. Wenn ich mal mit einer Lieferung nicht zufrieden war, war der Kundenservice stets da und meine Zufriedenheit wurde an erster Stelle gelegt. Selten habe ich einen solchen Kundenservice erlebt, weshalb ich Jamoona nur empfehlen kann.

You lost my trust
I ordered instant idli mix mtr 500 gm 8 Units . You sent me only 2 units with regret to return my money which I still wait to come back to my account. I asked you to replace with smaller weight packets but you regretted .. may be because that packet costs slightly more. But you lost my trust.

Nicht angekommen
Der Paketdienst hat wohl die Straße nicht finden können und da beim Paketdienst niemand zu erreichen war, war der Rückversand nicht mehr aufzuhalten. Nun ist die Ware bezahlt, aber immer noch nicht da, die am 12.03.2022 bestellt wurde.
