I recently ordered groceries from Jamoona and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I usually dont leave reviews, but compared to my last year a couple months ago, they seem to have really improved their services.

Especially their shipping has improved! My order arrived much faster than I expected. The products also came to me in good condition, they have added a buffer in the packages so products don't move around & break.

They also seem to have good stocks now, I love Indian food & its great to have the opportunity to try different things from them. Even their fresh items taste really good! Each item was wrapped and placed in a separate bag, which helped to keep them fresh and prevent any damage during shipping.

Overall, I highly recommend them. The improved shipping and packaging have definitely made a positive impact on my shopping experience, and I appreciate the attention to detail now. Hope they continue like this.

I initiated a payment over giro pay and there was an error in the payment. The payment of Jamoona is very unprofessional. The amount was booked twice. I contacted customer support and gave them all the proof of double payment. They kept on denying it. They emailed me to contact their service providers Giropay and Mollie.

1. It's your job to give the consumer a seamless checkout process. If there is a double payment you need to contact the service providers and talk with them. We as consumer don´t know these processes and workflow. We don´t have a service agent who will take the queries.

2. My job is at my company and not yours to clear the mess you have in the checkout process. "Please contact Giropay" was the first reply I got. Suddenly, I got a reply now I need to contact some Mollie. WHAT THE HELL????? Am I your emplyoee or what?

Worst service and customer experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Ik heb 25 februari een zak rijst van 20 kg besteld. van jamoona web site, vandaag ontvangen, maar het stinkt heel erg, en op de zak zitten rattenkeutels. Ik ben echt van streek en wil de zak terugsturen, en ik ben helemaal niet blij met dit bestelling. Is het mogelijk om te weten hoe u het product kunt retourneren??

I sometimes order rice from Jamoona and this happened before as well but at least I was notified with the package location. This time I waited the whole day for the package at home but there was no live location or anything, later in the evening I checked the DPD link and it said the package is collected. I was shocked I contacted Jamoona and they said the link say you picked up the package and enjoy your order. This was very annoying for me, then I contacted DPD and they said my package is at xyz packstation. And I picked the package but a lot of rice were spilled from the packet as there was a big cut in the bottom of package. I am not blaming them only but also the delivery service. I was really angry and annoyed by the whole situation, so I am not going to order again because I like to order to facilitate myself instead it becomes a headache for me.

Pathetic Service. Very unprofessional. I have waited for my order almost 15 days. Many emails and follow up calls every day new story.
After struggling for 15 days. I requested for refund, still have to wait few more days to get my money back.

Will not recommend to others.

This is the second time in a row that jamoona delivered my articles with torn packets inside it. The daal that we ordered was completely torn in the packet and the daal was all over the place inside the delivery box. In my previous order the same happened with Atta. The Atta packet had a BIG blade cut in it all the atta was spilled over in the delivery box.

It seems that team responsible for the packing of the delivery box seem to be completely careless and irresponsible of what they are packing inside the box!! You guys seem to be completely disrespectful of the food groceries you are delivering to your customers.

Make sure that your delivered products are not having any torn or damaged packets and are packed properly (and respectfully)!

As always, the delivery was really fast, if you don't count the delay from the delivery service. But that's just what happens around Christmas and I didn't expect anything different. That would never be a reason for me to complain, especially since everything arrived here today in the usual high quality, undamaged.
