As i am chemo i was looking for sabudana, rice ground powder and zeerah , i checked in online and found that " jamoona" was the fastest to deliver as per the available information .
Unfortunately when i typed my automatic spell check on my key board changed "s" to "c" and it became difficult to handle the receiving of the parcel , i wrote to the email id they provided [email protected] and they immediately responded .
They handle the whole thing and i received the package today . Thank you so much .
The service via email was efficient and customer support and during these times of pandemic they have been active and on time . Wish you a merry Christmas and happy new year .

Einfach Ausgezeichnet
Allgemein bin ich mit meinem Kauf zufrieden und kann es auch anderen nur empfehlen. großer Respekt vor einer Entschuldigung für eine etwas verspätete Lieferung, dies muss zum Zeitpunkt des Black Friday verstanden werden, außerdem erwarte ich mehr sorten. Zum Beispiel Instant-Nudeln. Die Wai Wai Aus CG Gruppe hat eine große Nachfrage. Ansonsten bin sehr dankbar, dass sie den Geschmack Asiens im Ausland liefern.

Excellent Service
A week ago we ordered quite a few items from Jamoona. The order much earlier than expected which was awesome. However, one of he items arrived slightly damaged. I contacted their customer service and they were quick to send me a replacement product no questions asked which arrived within 2 days. Overall I am happy to have come across them and order from them.
Would highly recommend their professionalism and service.

Impeccable service!
Recently, I ordered few stuff from Jamoona and one of the items I received was wrong. I requested the service team to give me a replacement. They obliged and on the very next day I got the right item free of cost. They rectified their mistake and were able to provide a quick solution. I am happy about it. I recommended most of my friends to buy Indian/Desi groceries from Jamoona. I also recommend the reader who is reading my review. Go for it!

PS: The prices could be a bit lower because for some items it's not worth paying that high amount.

Very good overall service
I made a quite big order. All items were shipped fast and the package came in a week from Germany to Finland. Everything was nicely packed, with all items included. No leaks, no broken items. I would also like to thank their customer service. I tried to change my e-mail, but for some reason I couldn't get the confirmation mail. They answered quickly and changed my e-mail address manually. My first, but hopefully not last order. Thanks.
