Pleasant experience with fast shipping
Made my first purchase late July and the second one right after I received my first one. Good range of product with very competitive pricing (at least comparing to Australia). Good packaging, friendly service and fast shipping even with the covid situation slowing down everything. I would totally recommend Berondi to others :)

Best service, range and prices!
Very happy with my new Demeyere cookware. Shipping to Australia took just over a month (not bad considering the pandemic), and everything arrived in perfect condition. Benjamin was kind enough to check the items for any defects prior to shipping, and his communication was excellent throughout.

Guter Service, gute Kommunikation ...
Es dauerte eine Weile bis die Auslandslieferung ankam. Auf Anfrage reagierte Berondi sofort, prüfte wo die Lieferung war, und lies uns wissen was zu erwarten ist.
Ich empfehle Berondi und würde dort wieder kaufen.

Benjamin was very quick to respond to questions, and the Zwilling set is outstanding, exactly what I was expecting. I highly recommend Berondi, and I would definitely order from them again. It did take a long time to receive my order, but since it was coming to the United States during the Covid problem that is to be expected.

Delivery of 2 pressure cookers from germany to malaysia.

I have a question:-

This pressure cooker is very good, but it has many rubber spare parts and detachable pressure controller. How do I get these spare parts replaced in future? Does Demeyere or Berondi have local agents in Malaysia that can supply them?

Thank you for your comment. On our website you find the large rubber ring (item 3700) as spare part which is the only pressure cooker spare part on their official product list. I recommend to contact Demeyere directly in case you need other spare parts. You find the contact information on our website (warranty information).

I received my Staub Cocotte pot today, and I'm very happy with the quality and packaging of the product! It was an international shipment to Dubai during the pandemic, so it took longer than expected but Benjamin was friendly and prompt with his email replies. Very reliable, easy payment through Amazon and I would definitely recommend berondi to any cooking enthusiasts!
