Took long to arrive but quality and price count
Took the order a whole month to arrive from Germany to Israel. That’s a long time to wait. But you can’t get genuine Zwilling chef knives at a better price elsewhere.

Zwilling cookware, Demeyere pan, Staub knife......
I have bought so many and those were delivered within expected time which took about a month. Products were all in good condition except one lid that partially had a little dent. However, I can get over it as the cost of the products at Berondi was very nice!

Staub griddle order
I placed an order for a Staub cast griddle, I received confirmation the next morning. A few days later I received the sipping confirmation also.
They also included cooking tips and information.

first of all, I am not that kinda of person writing review stuff but I want to do that for berondi. I bought staub pot from Berondi for the first time. it took almost 3months to arrive because of the covid. but I am still happy to buy stuff from berondi because of their excellent customer service. every time when I emailed them, they replied straight away and when there is issue with product, they did their best to make customer happy. they are very responsible for their product. I have already recommend berondi to my friends and workmates who are big fan of fency pots.

My order arrived last Tuesday and I was very pleased with the items that I ordered. The items were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

The items I ordered included a red skillet which was out of stock. When I inquired as to why I hadn't been notified of a shipping time . Mr. Korth said my order was being held until the red skillet was available. He checked and found that red skillet in the size I wanted would not be available until 2023. He offered to cancel my order and refund my payment. I opted for the skillet in gray.

I'm very impressed with this company's service and I'm sure I will place an order in the future.

Amazing
I am not a person who generally writes review, but this one deserved my attention.
i was very skeptical placing this order as I had not seen this product anywhere in the USA. And this was coming all the way from Europe. However, the purchase turned out to be good one.
I have been using it quite a bit from the last 2 weeks and I am loving it. Its becoming my go-to pan for almost everything. The size is not too big and not too small.
The service received from Berondi was amazing. The order was shipped timely. It did take 3 weeks during transit, but may be I can blame some on Covid :).

Overall amazing experience.

Buy from these guys!
I've bought many kitchen items from Berondi on multiple occasions. They sell some of the very best products made, provide provide excellent service, are super easy to deal with and quite responsive, and they offer outstanding value. Believe me. I'm one of those people who shops everywhere. But I keep coming back for Berondi. There is no alternative. Do yourself a favor too. Buy your gear from Berondi. You won't be sorry.

Bought quite a number of Demeyere cookware from Berondi. Product quality is outstanding and shipment is very fine. Takes some time, but is exactly as described on the homepage. So highly recommended.
Cooking is so much more fun, if you have the right cookware! (-:

Reliable online supplier for Demeyere cookware

My new Demeyere toys arrived in April after a 2 month wait. Nothing was dented and everything arrived in good order. The items currently arrive later than my previous orders (it used to be only 4 weeks for shipment to the South), so try to order early if you are anticipating using it in the immediate future.Owner already let me know early on about the new Covid-era 2 month delivery schedule to the US, but since I wasn't in a hurry, the 2 month leadtime was not an issue for me. All's good.

Love my new small wok. Quite apt for a 2 person household.
