Bore hole water test

Very detailed report. We had to go back to them regarding one result which seemed to conflict their other results but this was sorted.

Would not recommend

We ordered the "Water Test Kit | Plus × 1 Express - Results in 3-5 Days" service. It took a full week to receive the package for collecting the samples, after returning the samples it took another full week for them to acknowledge receipt of the samples and then another 4 days to get the results. Overall the whole process took 3 weeks. Not what we were expecting or what we paid a premium price for.

We ask for your understanding that we unfortunately have no influence on the transport process. This is the responsibility of the transport company. The express analysis refers to the analysis time from the receipt of the sample in our laboratory. Your sample was received by our laboratory on August 5th and was reported on August 8th. Excellent service

My well water test kit arrived quickly, clear instructions and easy to send off. Took a while to reach the lab due to customs but customer services sent me a new kit to avoid any further delays. Just before it arrived, my original kit was received by the lab and 4 days later very clearly explained and easy to understand results came through. Very happy with the service and will highly recommend.
