They don't ship to the UK
Refused to ship to the UK, even though the tiny size (a set of keys) and total value (under €15) was under all customs thresholds. If you only ship within Germany then you should state this on your website or prevent cutomers from entering a foreign shipping address in the first place.

Yes, we do not ship to the UK, as it is clearly stated in a red font on any page our our shop. "GB (Shipping suspended due to Brexit)". There is also no shipping option selection for GB available during the order process. We do however offer the possibility to enter a GB invoice address in combination with a EU shipping address, as there are many expats from GB living in EU countries. Those orders being treated with the VAT rate of the ship-to country (OSS system). Overall the integration costs in creating an extra shipment process to end consumers in GB as well as the extra costs to VAT register in GB, maintaining a legal representative in GB and filing an extra monthly financial report surpasses by the factor 1000 the volume of sales we would have to GB, so we do take a pass. Same as for other countries. We do not ship to Albania, Africa, most countries of Asia and so forth... By the way: Providing a one star rating, after a lack of reading on your part and selecting a EU country shipping option before placing an order, that we need to cancel as there is no way to fulfill it, is rather not polite, as neither the Brexit, neither the resulting complicated and cost intensive extra procedures are something the we are responsible for.
