transfer Hammamet to Tunis aeroport
I had to cancel my transfer and take private transportation because of the pick-up time .
My flight was at 9.30 am and to get to the airport it takes only 1 hour, plus 2 hours before at the gate.
They wanted to pick me up at 3.30 am . It means 6 hours before in the night so you don't sleep at all without reason. 6 hours it's a lot, especially when is night time in a place where also train and bus are available at a reasonable time. It's only 70 km all highway to get to the airport.
I tried to get better pick up with less time in advance but I was treated very badly from the operator on the phone in Tunisia.
Next time they can pick me up even 12 hours before if they want, they don't care about you and the distance to the airport. I sent many emails to Vtransfer, with my disappointment, they answer this way :
"We are only facilitators of transfer service and are therefore bound by the terms and conditions of the local transfer agencies who carry out the transfers.
With regard to the return transfer, we can inform you that our agency always organizes the pick-up time so that the customer is at the airport at least two hours
before departure. However, the exact route planning and organization is the responsibility of our local agency."
I suggest to let us know wich are the terms and conditions of the local transfer agencies who carry out the transfers, so we can decide better before getting a reservation.
