Terrible service
Hi,
Transfer on the way to Hotel wasn't great - there was no one on the Desk 9, so we has to wait 15 min at least under Sun. It was strange driver who was driving 130km\h where allowed speed was 90. Also I didn't get why do we need to do 15 min stop on 1 hour ride.
On the way back there was no information given from transfer company to the Hotel. No phone has been answered after 18-00, which was provided in the transfer voucher. On the day of transfer phone was picked up, but they had no information regarding our transfer, so we was given another phone number of some manager, but she never picked up phone. And then with our transfer bus appeared in front of our hotel in 4 hours before flight(where way to airport is only 40 km). And again 130km\h where 90 is the limit.
