Candy dump and confusing shipping price
The main reason why I initially decided to place my order from Patin-a rather than several other places where the item I wanted was also available was the favorable shipping price.
I put my item to the cart, went to shipping, picked my country - the shipping price blinked and updated as if confirming that it's the actual shipping price - that's how most webpages work.
I was happy to get such a nice shipping quote so I continued spending my time on the website and filling my shopping cart.
Eventually after I clicked past the address and shipping and went to payment options - THEN the shipping price went up 3 times. From 5eu to 15eu.
I had already invested to much time in building my cart to go somewhere else for better shipping (several other shops in DE had better final shipping price).
Begrudgingly submitted my order feeling slightly cheated.
That's where I remove one star.
The package also came with 4-5 small packages of cheap generic sweets. Nothing related to leatherworking or other items that the shop sells in anyway. Just a cheap candy dump. It's a personal opinion but for me that's rather insulting than pleasing. Maybe add an option in the checkout - "would you like some free cheap generic sweets with your package?".
The items themselves are find, some overpriced compared to other DE shops, some underpriced balancing the whole thing our more or less.
Would buy again if I really need something that I can't find in other shops.
