WORST E-SHOP EVER!
Don't ever buy from this e-shop, it's a nightmare.
I've ordered a jacket, and they sent me a different product from the same company (ok, i understand, the names were quite similar, it can happen). But the approach from the e-shop afterwards was terrible. I've sent it back with the question, if they have the right product, or if they are going to send me the money back, and i had to chase them for weeks to get some answer from them. For every reaction from their side i had to send 3 e-mails from my side. The phone-contact is not working at all. After more than a month and threathening with calling the police they finally sent me the money back.
Absolutely unacceptable communication and customer service.
