Recommended!
I recently purchased and Carinthia MIG 4.0 from Sport Stephan. The price was unbeatable, I could not find it anywhere cheaper. After I ordered, I read many negative reviews about Sport Stephan and started to have my doubts and worries. Many complaints were of bad customer service, late or non-delivered items, incorrect items delivered or problems with refunds etc etc etc.
I must happily report, not one of these issues occurred during my order. Actually the opposite! The customer service was excellent and friendly, (I ask many questions via email on the item in question and was replied to within an hour). The item was picked up by GLS within 24 hrs and delivered within 2 busy days. The item was the correct size and colour. Summary, excellent service and online shop in my honest opinion. I would purchase again from this shop and also recommend to anyone. Well done Stephan!
