Top Notch service and support - Simply Competent !
I have been a very long customer (25+ years) of one of the first internet brokers in Germany, and was happy with that one. The down side was that option trading on US stockmarkets was not offered, and still is not.
My other traditional Hausbank did offer that but only via phone and charged for its total inflexible US business 90$ per trade for options....a total joke!
With lynx I found a cost effective partner to transact my business, and I am even more very positively surprised by the supportive and helpful support centre. It works fast, smooth and highly competent.
Originally I wanted to use Lynx only are a additional broker, but it became within a few months my main broker and I allocate more and more of my holdings with them.
