Awful support
1) You can't really see how the EÜR will look like (only the following year). In Buchhaltungsbuttler you can control at any time, the impact that choosing a certain account when booking, will have on the EÜR so that you can control if you are booking it correctly.
2) Not possible to use the 1704 account (SKR03) or any other account in order to take into consideration the 10 day rule (§ 11 EStG)
3) And the main reason why I would not recommend Lexoffice to anyone: AWFUL SUPPORT!!!!!
The tech support guy on the phone was very rude and aggressive and clearly didn't have enough knowledge to be offering support. Some of the "pearls of knowledge" I received over the phone:
- Lexoffice does everything automatically taking also into consideration the 10 day rule and you don't have to do anything for it, just trust it (so it reads your mind - it knows if it's a regular transaction that belongs to the previous year or not - must be magic)
- there is no way to show you that Lexoffice is doing things correctly. You have to trust it
- To my question "but when checking the Buchungsübersicht and the EÜR for 2019 and 2020 I can see that it's not considering the 10 day rule", I got the answer "We only offer technical support, if you want to know where things are shown you have to contact a Steuerberater"
