Website not reliable and do not value customer

This is happening for the second time with me that the item shown in the website is actually not available and Jamoona sends me a completely different item without even asking me prior. So, neither is the website updated nor do Jamoona has a sense of pain they cause to the customers.

For e.g. This time I ordered Tata tea Gold 900gm and in the delivery Jamoona surprised me another packaging of Tata tea 450 gm. Obviously no one at Jamoona felt the need to inform about me about this prior or ask what would I choose nor did they email me anything about the refund.

Now I checked their website to figure out what happened and see that no Tata tea products are shown in the website. I compared the price with another online Indian Grocery website and see that the 450 gm costs 5.49 Euro where as I had paid 13.45 euro for the 1 kg packet that I had ordered.

So, now I have all the hassles to call them, ask them why they treat their customers this way and hopefully will get the refund etc. The same thing had happened in one of my previous orders and looks like I would have to make different choices from now on.

Our warehouse made a mistake by not shipping the correct size of the item and replacing it with a smaller size without any communication. This is not acceptable and we will take steps to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.

We have already refunded you the difference and sent a more detailed apology and resolution via email.
