Torn rice packet and poor delivery service
I sometimes order rice from Jamoona and this happened before as well but at least I was notified with the package location. This time I waited the whole day for the package at home but there was no live location or anything, later in the evening I checked the DPD link and it said the package is collected. I was shocked I contacted Jamoona and they said the link say you picked up the package and enjoy your order. This was very annoying for me, then I contacted DPD and they said my package is at xyz packstation. And I picked the package but a lot of rice were spilled from the packet as there was a big cut in the bottom of package. I am not blaming them only but also the delivery service. I was really angry and annoyed by the whole situation, so I am not going to order again because I like to order to facilitate myself instead it becomes a headache for me.
