It's been a while already, since I got the order, but I've been too busy to write a review. All of my 3 orders have gone perfectly, what it comes to Jamoona's own services, but I cannot say the same about delivery in Finland. Every time the order has been delayed and this time the box was even opened by the Finnish delivery company Postnord. The box had their own taping in top, so it was quite clear it had been opened. Also the box was in quite bad shape. Their delivery was late one day. I waited the whole day, when it was meant to arrive, but they didn't try to deliver it at all, or tried to call or even send a message. Not once they have brought the order, at the day shown in tracking information.

Then the good part. Jamoona's customer service has always been friendly and earlier even helped me to recover the lost coupon code. This time was the same from their part. Everything was in place in the order, nothing had been taken, even the box had been opened. Even the box was in bad shape, all the products were intact and no visible marks were seen on them. Quality has been good and I've enjoyed experimenting with new ingredients and spices. I look forward to visit your shop again, in the future. Best regards.
