Grocery delivered in torn/damaged packets inside the box
This is the second time in a row that jamoona delivered my articles with torn packets inside it. The daal that we ordered was completely torn in the packet and the daal was all over the place inside the delivery box. In my previous order the same happened with Atta. The Atta packet had a BIG blade cut in it all the atta was spilled over in the delivery box.
It seems that team responsible for the packing of the delivery box seem to be completely careless and irresponsible of what they are packing inside the box!! You guys seem to be completely disrespectful of the food groceries you are delivering to your customers.
Make sure that your delivered products are not having any torn or damaged packets and are packed properly (and respectfully)!
