A week ago we ordered quite a few items from Jamoona. The order much earlier than expected which was awesome. However, one of he items arrived slightly damaged. I contacted their customer service and they were quick to send me a replacement product no questions asked which arrived within 2 days. Overall I am happy to have come across them and order from them.
Would highly recommend their professionalism and service.
