Delivery was delayed but it was sped up upon contacting
I was pretty annoyed as the delivery was delayed for about 10 days. However upon contacting, they sped up the process and got it in next 3 days. In addition they gave a voucher of 10€ as a good gesture.
It was unpleasant at the beginning but they handled the situation with priority. I still would prefer them to adhere to their initial promise of delivery time.
Other than that, there was no issue with the order.
