I am pleased with the apartment that I found via HC24.

It was very easy to contact you. I was referred to your company through another coworker.

My agent, Kristen, was very helpful and gave me many apartments to choose from before picking the one that suited my family's needs. She answered all my questions and was very quick to respond to my emails with 24 hours. She was very friendly and competent.

The website was a little confusing to understand in relation to the number of bedrooms versus the number of rooms in the apartment, but my wife and I were able to catch on to how places are advertised here in Germany.
