I had a great experience with HC24. I found a new job in Stuttgart and it wasn't easy at all trying to find a place being so far away from there. I sent several messages to people offering apartments/rooms through other websites but I guess they didn't even read them.
Until someone recommended me HC24. I showed interest in around 5 places filling up the forms and a friendly executive came back to me shortly by e-mail giving me details of the properties and organizing inspections. At the end I trusted the executive advice for a nice room and I didn't even visit the place. I sent my documentation, signed up the contract (all by e-mail) and finally received the keys from the landlord. At the end, everything worked out perfectly for me and I'm happy with my new place that is exactly as shown in the web pictures.
