My Initial experience was not very smooth in Nov 2017 but when Ms. Kristin Nipken took over my case it completely changed.

Ms. Kristin Nipken was extremely helpful and communciation with her has been verv easy. She also offered to accompany with the keys handover and made several communications with me to the landlady.
