Never make orders in this yarn store
I had ordered 4 various yarns. Still my order isn’t fulfilled due one of them I haven’t received and the paid money is lost.
When I wrote to them that if they do not have this yarn ( it’s already almost month since I have paid the order) then they shall reimburse me the paid money for this missing yarn - 119,80 euros, after few hours they answered that they had sent me the yarn (earlier today) out but without tracking number.
So it’s clear, I will never receive this yarn. Nowadays nobody sends parcels without tracking numbers.
So, my advice despite they had good choices of yarn, better spend your money in another yarn store, here you will get just negative emotion like me.
First silence and no answers when the ordered yarn will be shipped.
They only responded after I have asked when I can expect that the paid yarn is shipped. And then I got just half of my order.
Afterwards I asked again couple times when I can expect to receive the missing yarn.
Today I got the answer - Shipped without tracking number.
Simply impossible, due when I made order they charged me also shipping costs by DHL and DHL always has tracking number. Why then they charging the shipment costs for DHL if they not sending with them?
So it says a lot. Thanks for such negative experience and also lost money.

Due to delivery problems of the manufacturer it came to this unusually strong delay. To accommodate you, we then sent you the rest of your order in advance and the missing yarn was also sent to you as soon as it arrived without any additional shipping charges.
Unfortunately, due to a technical error at DHL, no shipping tracking number appeared in their email. We provided this to you immediately after you pointed it out to us.
