License in Vanuatu applied after IBC was formed, terrible paperwork. The VFSC is really asking for everything, absolutely everything. How the guys of BL handled that and kept the overview is estonishing. Security Deposit payment of 50k requires a lot of trust. But it worked out, and the funds have been forwarded via Check to the VFSC. License granted. Unfortunately the process took longer than expected, but as we know, authorities have a long breath :)
