Great store and customer service!
This was my first time ordering from Fantasywelt and I was really pleased with both selection and customer service provided.
There was a minor availability issue with one of the products and they were quick to respond to my inquires and there was also no issue communicating in english.
The order has arrived with only a minor hiccup which I'm chalking up to the delivery company and not Fantasywelt, delivery from Germany generally tends to be problematic for foreigners for some reason?
I'd like to give a shoutout to:Vanessa, Lukas, Sven, Anjo, Rebecca and Rune for their customer service provided (hopefully I've not forgotten anyone else).
Next time I'll probably order from the store in the future again!
