I wasn't even aware of the fact that money would be reimbursed for a cancelled flight - by chance I came across some information online and ultimately decided to try my luck with EUflight. I figured there was nothing to lose. The paperwork was quickly filled out and the response time from EUflight was super fast, allowing me sufficient time to work through a few open issues.
That being said, I still didn't trust the offer 100%. I thought I would have to pay some money up front or some other issue would arise, which would ultimately signify more run-around than I was willing to put up with. I mean, what kind of company gets you reimbursement (in cash) for a cancelled flight?
Well, about three days after initially submitting my claim I got the answer: these guys do!
