This is a real CNC company that makes CNC machines at professional level (I heard last week that for example Siemens use quite many of their machines and this is of course quite a confirmation of their industry standard quality. Despite this their High-z range of machines are priced so that they are within reach of smaller companies as well as ambitious Hobbyist.

I have used their machine for over five years now and have the experience that they have Very Good inhouse support! Ok perhaps I perceived them slightly hostile the very first times but that quickly changed, and they have since been very very supportive and quick to respond on my inquiry’s and issues (by the way the issues has never refered to the machine breaking down).

They made an accuracy test last week and despite having jammed stuck the router head on more than one occasion it had not affected the accuracy (no play), there verdict was "as new".

Here is a tip: If you buy everything (both hardware and software) from them you have all support from one single company, this is easier, and I should have done it right away. Previous I used Mach 3 controller software and albeit their support is also very good, it was sometimes difficult to know which support I should turn to for the issue.

With their new Kinetic NC software, I expect even smoother operation.
