Before and after sales service can be better
Hello... My name is Junias - owner of this machine - Director of Chantique Inti Decor.
Cahyono is forwarder that we use to bring your machine to my factory in Semarang, Indonesia.
We have been using CNC Router made in China for aluminum for over 4 years with representatives in Indonesia.
And this is the first time we dealt with CNC+ because we want to have better quality machine from Europe specifically from Germany.
This machine now is still in Semarang port - April 25th. 2019. We were advise that it will arrive in our factory this Friday - April 26th. 2019.
However, we are worry because until now we do not have any clues on how to use this machine as there are no follow up from CNC+ in regard about how we have to treat this machine.
When I was travelling in Milan on Feb 1st. 2019, I called your office in order to talk with Michael Peters until 5 times. Not included few time calls from Indonesia and there have been no answer back unless 1 email that was sent after I left Europe.
I did even left messages to phone operators and they keep telling me that Michael was very busy and he can not be interrupted.
This is my worry because CNC+ do not have any representative in Asia but in my short experiences it has been difficult to contact with. Be advised there are 5 hours time difference with Indonesia.
Well, I will have my CNC+ the end of this week, but I do not know yet what will be in the crate and how we have to start open this crate. Moreover how to start operating it.
Please let me have your advise...?
