I ordered a lamp of MOOOI for my company. I ordered the lamp on the 3rd of June. On the website was mentioned "directly available", however, after one month waiting and no answer from Casa Finest Living, I ordered the lamp at an other shop. After 6 weeks of Casa Finest Lamp gets delivered. I write them that I would like to return the lamp, but they have somewhere hidden written that there is a policy that companies can't return any items. The servicedesk is very unfriendly. Based on the sticker on the package of MOOOI, it is confirmed that they didn't had the lamp on stock, but just directly ordered at MOOOI. I would say that Casa Finest Living are just drop shippers. My advice: Don't do business with them.
