I've ordered twice from berondi, a 7 piece bunch of cookware, and a hard-to-find pan. Both times, the customer service communications were very personal, friendly, and helpful.

The shipping was relatively fast (considering international to US), and everything was packed impeccably, not even a slight chance for damage anywhere on the long journey.
