I don’t have words for the support I have received from Ms. Özdemir from Baufi24 Dortmund branch. I am going to buy my own house and there is big contribution of Ms. Özdemir. I am not so good in German language but not even a single time Ms. Özdemir made me feel that my German language will be a barrier to buy my dream house. From the day one, she is very crisp and clear in her communication and explained every bit of processes at different stages. She is very friendly and at the same time highly professional and well approachable. She knows her job very well. A big thank you for everything.
